So sad: Lady fills "Dad Alive" in a form and Father dies couple hours later

A twitter user posted this heartbreaking story,the user said she was filling her benchers form and she saw a box labelled "Is your Father alive or deceased" and she filled in "Alive" only to be called later to be informed that her father is dead.

She tweeted:

How do i speak to a person in the morning and be later called in the evening that he died?
